Welcome to PickMeUp Travel. By booking our services through pickmeup.gr, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• Service Scope: PickMeUp Travel provides private transfer and executive chauffeur services in Athens and throughout Greece. All services must be booked in advance via our website or authorized channels.

• Pricing & Payments: All rates are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes (13% VAT). Payments are processed securely online via Stripe or paid directly to the chauffeur (Cash) as selected during checkout.

• Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Smoking, vaping, and eating inside the vehicles are strictly prohibited to maintain our premium fleet standards.

• Luggage Allowance: Each vehicle category specifies maximum passenger and luggage limits. Passengers are responsible for selecting the correct vehicle category. We reserve the right to refuse transport if luggage exceeds vehicle capacity safely.

• Unforeseen Delays & Liability: PickMeUp Travel is committed to punctuality. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by extreme traffic jams, severe weather conditions, road closures, or other force majeure events beyond our control.

• Vehicle Substitution: In the rare event of mechanical issues or operational conflicts, PickMeUp Travel reserves the right to provide an equivalent or upgraded vehicle class at no additional charge.
