Cancellation & Refund Policy

At PickMeUp Travel, we understand that travel plans can change. To ensure fair terms for both our clients and chauffeurs, the following cancellation rules apply:

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time with a 100% full refund.

• Late Cancellation (24h – 12h): Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours prior to pickup are subject to a 50% charge.

• Last-Minute Cancellation (< 12h) & No-Show: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup or failure to show up at the pickup location will result in a 100% non-refundable charge.

• Flight Delays: For airport pickups, we continuously track flight schedules. A complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes from the actual landing time is included.

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Stripe/Card) within 5-10 business days.
