Booking Policies & Terms of Service

At Pick Me Up Travel, we are committed to providing a seamless, luxury transportation experience in Athens. To maintain our high standards of safety and reliability, please review our booking conditions.

 

1. Reservations & Advanced Booking

To guarantee the availability of our premium Mercedes fleet, all bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare your vehicle and coordinate your professional driver for a flawless experience.

2. Payment Policy (Cashless Service)

For a modern and secure transaction experience, we operate a strictly cashless policy.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payments.

  • Payments must be completed prior to the service or via our secure mobile terminals during the transfer.

3. Family Travel & Child Safety

The safety of our younger passengers is our priority.

  • Child Seats: We provide high-quality child seats (infant, toddler, or booster) upon request.

  • Requirement: Please specify the age and weight of your child in the “Notes” section during your booking to ensure the correct seat is installed.

  • Health & Safety: All seats are sanitized after every use.

4. Complimentary Waiting Time

We monitor all flight and ferry arrivals to ensure we are there when you land. We offer the following grace periods:

  • Airport Arrivals: 60 minutes of free waiting time.

  • Port Arrivals: 30 minutes of free waiting time.

  • Hotel & Airbnb Pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time. > Beyond these times, a small waiting fee may be applied to cover driver and parking costs.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value flexibility, but we also must manage our fleet schedule:

  • Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.

6. Accommodation & Stay Policies

  • Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.

  • House Rules: All our properties are non-smoking. We kindly ask our guests to respect the quiet hours (22:00 – 08:00) to ensure a peaceful stay for the entire neighborhood.

  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

  • Safety: Our handpicked accommodations meet all local safety regulations and are professionally cleaned before every arrival.
